What is truSculpt 3D:

 TruSculpt 3D is Mona’s 4th generation laser for body contouring. Its multiple benefit platform  is superb for skin tightening results along with “fat melting” circumference shrinkage. In the correct client selection process, lasting results are visible right away.

What it does:

truSculpt 3D is a new, nonsurgical radio frequency device  (RF) designed to sculpt and contour the body. On average, patients who’ve had this treatment have experienced an average of 24% reduction in fat thickness* in a single treatment.

Who is a candidate:

Your esthetician can tell you whether you’re a good candidate for truSculpt 3D. Ideal patients typically have a BMI of less than 30. How long does a treatment take? The length of your procedure will depend on which areas you’re having treated. As a gauge, it usually takes about 1 hour to treat the abdomen and both flanks (love handles). You should see results after one treatment, although some patients choose to have a second treatment for final tweaks or to treat additional areas.

What it costs:

Cost are $1,000 per area. An area is determined in your consultation due to the ease of the treatment handpiece. Imagine placing a full hand on the top of your tummy for one area, and place another full hand on the flanks for each side. That’s 3 areas and $3,000.

How to prep:

No special prep is needed, but you'll want to speak to your provider about the products you use to ensure they're giving you the ultimate benefit with the treatment. Prepare mentally for a healthy eating lifestyle with lots of water to assist and detox. This greatly helps the metabolic fat removal process

What to expect during your procedure:

Clients tell us that the procedure feels like a hot stone massage. Your provider will gently glide the handpiece over the treatment area and the temperature of the skin will rise but should remain comfortable for the duration of the treatment.

What to expect after your procedure:

 This is a noninvasive procedure and you’ll be able to resume your normal activities right after the treatment. You may feel some tenderness in the treatment area right after the treatment but that will go away within a day or two. You won’t experience any side effects except for the slight tenderness mentioned above.

Right after the treatment, your body will start to break down and flush out the remnants of the fat cells that have been treated, which begins the reduction in the treated area’s circumference. Everybody is different, but most people see good results in circumference shrinkage and skin tightening

What is the difference between TruSculpt 3D RF and CoolSculpting Cryo:

Both RF Thermal and CoolSculpting cryo (cold) lipolysis treatments work well. Cutera TruSculpt 3D offers a simultaneous benefit of localized skin tightening and a more desired uniform look to the end result.
